Welcome to Taj Event. By using our website, requesting our services or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Taj Event provides event planning, event management, wedding and marriage arrangements, flower and theme decoration, birthday and party organization, corporate events, social and family events, and one-day tour services for senior citizens and groups.
Specific services will depend on the package, quotation and requirements agreed with the customer.
2. Enquiry & Booking
An enquiry submitted through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after:
- Service requirements have been finalized;
- A quotation or proposal has been accepted; and
- The applicable advance/payment has been received.
3. Pricing & Quotations
Prices may vary according to event date, venue, guest count, materials, flowers, decoration requirements, transportation, vendors and other requirements.
All quotations are subject to the validity period mentioned in the quotation.
Any additional services requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Applicable taxes, government charges or third-party charges may be payable in addition to the quoted amount where applicable.
4. Event Changes
Customers are required to communicate changes to event date, venue, guest count, theme, decoration or other requirements as early as possible.
Changes may affect pricing and availability.
Taj Event will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability of all previously selected services or vendors.
5. Decoration & Event Execution
Decoration designs shown in photographs or promotional materials are examples and may vary depending on venue conditions, material availability, seasonal flowers and other practical considerations.
Taj Event may make reasonable substitutions of flowers, materials, props or decorative elements of comparable value when necessary.
6. Third-Party Vendors
Certain services may involve independent third-party vendors, including venues, caterers, photographers, transportation providers, entertainers and other professionals.
Taj Event may coordinate with such vendors but their individual terms, availability and service conditions may apply.
7. Tour Services
For one-day tours, the itinerary, transportation, meals, timings and destinations will be communicated before the trip.
The itinerary may be changed due to weather, traffic, road conditions, government restrictions, destination closures, transportation problems or other circumstances beyond Taj Event’s reasonable control.
Participants must follow reasonable instructions provided by tour coordinators for safety and smooth operation.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating relevant requirements within a reasonable time.
For tours, participants should inform Taj Event in advance about any special assistance or mobility requirements relevant to the planned trip.
9. Payments
Customers must make payments according to the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
Failure to make payments within the agreed period may result in cancellation, postponement or modification of services.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the service, booking stage, event date and third-party commitments.
The applicable cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking will apply.
11. Force Majeure
Taj Event shall not be held responsible for delay, cancellation or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, venue closure, public emergencies or similar events.
12. Website Content
Website photographs, descriptions, package details and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Images may be used for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact final setup provided for a particular event.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding and other materials belonging to Taj Event may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
Taj Event will make reasonable efforts to provide services as agreed. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Taj Event shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Taj Event’s applicable business location, unless otherwise required by law.
